When will my box arrive? 

Your box will ship the 2nd week of the month and will arrive within 2 to 3 days after you receive your tracking information. If you are a new subscriber and have subscribed after the shipments have been  prepared,  your first month's delivery may arrive later, but starting  with your  second month, you will be "on schedule" with deliveries at  the beginning  of each month.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $9.95 per shipment.

Where do you deliver?

Tikes Garden ships plants only within the contiguous United States. Due to state agricultural restrictions, we are NOT able to ship into Arizona, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico at this time.

What is the refund and return policy? 

Due to the nature of our products, we can only issue refunds and accept returns in the unfortunate event that your delivery arrives damaged. In the event of this occurring, please contact us at   sales@tikesgarden.com for further instructions. 

Do you take returns or exchanges?

We don’t accept returns or exchanges on subscription boxes or the items in them. But if an item arrives damaged or is missing from your box, we’ll mail you a replacement for free.

What is the cancellation policy? 

You may cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time. Shipments that are already in transit will still be billed. Prepaid and discounted subscriptions may be canceled and not renewed at the end of   their plan term.

I love Tikes Garden Box, but I will be away for some time. Is there anything I can do besides cancelling my  subscription?

 Yes, absolutely! You have the option of skipping your next delivery and future charges. For example, if you’re going on vacation you can choose to skip that month's delivery. This feature only works if you have an ongoing monthly subscription. It does not work on prepaid subscriptions or if you just made a one-time purchase.

What happens if my plants or box contents are damaged during shipping?

Tikes Garden offers offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so we’re happy to ship you replacements if your plant(s) or components are damaged during shipping. Bear in mind that plants are living creatures and some minor damage doesn't always mean they won't flourish once planted. Often times, trimming back broken or damaged stems and leaves will result in the plant doing just fine. Let us know if you have concerns, we're here to help!

My delivery hasn’t turned up – what do I do?

If you are anticipating a delivery and it hasn’t shown as expected, please let us know immediately by emailing us at   sales@tikesgarden.com and we will investigate right away. We strive to deliver on time, always, but sometimes things may happen beyond our control and we will have to arrange re-delivery or replacements for  you.
